About Me
Former NFL Defensive End/Outside Linebacker for the New England Patriots turned personal trainer and nutrition coach. I have been personal training for 24 years and a nutrition coach for 16 years. I have owned my own gyms and have done group training as well as 1 on 1 training.
In 2020 I shut the doors to my gym and started online training and have enjoyed the freedom of being able to work from anywhere and have clients from all over the world. Continued to educate myself with the latest techniques and using the latest in technology and advancements of the body as well as new machines..
I listen to each of my client’s needs because they may be similar, but they are all completely different in my eyes. I specialize in weight loss of 5-50 pounds in women ages 28-60. I have also been involved in group athletes, boot camps of women of 35+ participants. Males are welcome to join in my programs as well.

OVERVIEW
All of my programs are designed to radically change your body and habits. This includes nutrition, rest and recovery and all outside of the gym behavior. I give you all the tools to make changes at a healthy pace in the kitchen and in the gym. To utilize the tools and to maximize your total effort, you Will need to prepare in the nutrition as much, if not more, as you do in the gym.
You can’t outwork a bad diet.

I have programs for beginners to world class athletes.
Duration
Programs are all customizable but usually 12-week intervals.

You can use the barbell variation as well, and vice versa or use a band for added resistance.
You can replace the machines with dumbbell, barbell or with banded exercises.
You can use the wide grip lat pull down machine or bands to substitute.
You can do barbell, dumbbell or banded squats.
The meals samples I give you are merely examples. You can substitute for what you like. I have provided a list of examples of all kinds of foods.
I do recommend that you use at least whey protein powder and get protein bars. Make sure you look at the sugars and calories.
I recommend that you do so you can see the difference. It’s hard to see sometimes when you see yourself daily. Pictures are a great way to build confidence when you start to see the change.
